Zoe Kravitz’s nearly-nude ensemble relies on a few, um, well-placed patches

The sheer-outfit trend has been on the rise lately, and we predict that 2017 will be the year when everyone starts wearing undergarments as clothes with just a whisper of tulle on top. Take Zoe Kravitz, whose sheer dress with strategically placed patches stole the show at Coach’s recent 75th anniversary fashion show: totally sheer, totally fabulous.

The Lolawolf frontwoman donned a Coach midi dress with high-waisted undies — visible, of course — and finished off the look with a pair of pointy-toe, ankle-strap heels. With a minimal makeup, a low-key braid, and chunky gold hoop earrings, she looked 100% fly. All together, the sheer ensemble was somehow completely high-fashion and also perfectly punk rock.

Zoe sat front row at the event alongside fellow A-listers Emma Roberts and Drew Barrymore and celebrated a brand she’s worked with in the past; in 2014, Zoe headlined Coach’s fall campaign and was joined by actress Odeya Rush and musician Banks. She’s also regularly spotted out in Coach clothes, boosting the classic brand’s cool factor.

Zoe was also joined by her bae, Karl Glusman, at the fashion show. They sat front row together looking like the picture of young love. Check him out to the right of Zoe! Too cute.

The couple took their romance public in October, even celebrating Halloween together with themed Mario Bros. costumes (Karl was Luigi and Zoe was a fierce AF Princess Peach).

Between the impeccable outfits, the sweet love, and the announcement that Zoe will be featured in a bigger role in the next Fantastic Beasts film (!!), we’ll be keeping our eye on this gal pretty closely for the next few months.
