In an interview with Byrdie, Paltrow opens up about clean eating, looking her best, and her must-have product for when a pimple pops up (yes, it happens to her, too!).
"I always just use the same pimple thing from the facialist in New York I've had forever — that chalky Mario Badescu," she said.
So, what is this Mario Badescu product?
According to the company website, the drying lotion is likely what Paltrow is referring to, which claims to “shrink ugly whiteheads virtually overnight while you sleep” — and do it all without drying out your skin.
Paltrow isn’t the only celebrity who swears by the acne-fighting powers of Mario Badescu. Kylie Jenner is all about it too.
In a Snapchat video from earlier this year, the 19-year-old makeup queen and reality star co-signed the drying lotion.
“If any of you have a little pimple, this is a drying lotion that I love,” she says, while holding up the product (and feeling the sad when she accidentally spills a little).
