Zayn Malik quietly dropped a new song and we can’t stop listening
If you can’t clear your weekend schedule to binge-watch the new Netflix series The Get Down, at least check out the soundtrack, which includes a super catchy song from Zayn Malik.

The former One Direction band member and current boyfriend of supermodel Gigi Hadid contributed a track called “You Can’t Hide/ You Can’t Hide From Yourself (Touch of Class GMF Remix).”

Considering The Get Down – directed by Baz Luhrmann and starring Jaden Smith – is about the rise of hip-hop in the 1970s, Malik appropriately samples a 1977 song by Teddy Pendergrass called “You Can’t Hide From Yourself.”
For the song, Malik teamed up with Grandmaster Flash, who’s played by Mamoudou Athie in the show.
