Tommy Hilfiger and Gigi Hadid kicked off Fashion Week with some seriously super star-themed nails!
Though the week got off to a snowy start in New York, Fashion Week began in sunny Los Angeles for Tommy and Gigi. The show for the collaborative ready-to-wear collection took place on Venice Beach in a made-up world called “TommyLand.” Runway looks were sporty and all-American with a hint of hippie.
Makeup and hair were natural and subtle, but the nails, in particular, caught our eye. Models like Joan Smalls hopped off the plane in New York City still rocking the show’s sexy and subtle negative space nails featuring tiny, hand-painted metallic stars, and we just had to take a closer look.
Gigi Hadid’s manicurist Mar y Sol designed the look using China Glaze polishes. Each nail had three stars in a mix of silver and gold. Gigi herself rocked red and blue stars on a white nail background. With the negative space nail trend still going strong, we’re definitely down to try and replicate this look on our own digits!
We have stars in our eyes for these little twinklers.
