You’ll never guess who inspired Lush’s latest hair product
Our go-to ethical bath bomb connoisseur, U.K. based Lush Cosmetics has just announced a hot oil hair treatment….inspired by our president. But if you think this is in support of the president, well, think again. Lush’s “Yuge” hot oil treatment is meant to give you exactly what Trump doesn’t have, namely in the form of luscious, healthy locks. The brand announced their new hot oil hair treatments at the Lush Summit this month, and we can’t deny we’re excited to see what other fun treatments are included in the five piece line.
The “Yuge” oil treatment includes jojoba oil and sea salt to keep your hair healthy and shiny. The treatment is currently being tested on humans in the U.K., so a release date hasn’t yet been set for the U.S., but we eagerly await until it’s announced.
Lush is known for their stance on humanitarian issues, on everything from refugees to gay rights, with campaigns that encompass this plus more. Lush is vegetarian, ethical, handmade and cruelty-free, and of course, everything Lush creates smells and tastes like heaven. The brand is so against what Trump stands for that they even revamped their “We Believe” statement for the first time in 20 years, adding “all are welcome, always” to it. The brand expanded on the notion on their website, where they said:
"Please join us in spreading positivity and compassion in these trying times. After all, our differences should be celebrated, not condemned. They are what makes our communities vibrant, our discussions passionate and our lives more fulfilling. All are welcome at Lush, always."

We love Lush and everything they stand for. Our differences are what makes us beautiful and now more than ever we must do what we can to stand together with beautiful, healthy hair and all.
