Sushi Donuts
Ingredients:
Sushi Rice:
2 cups white rice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons beet juice
Toppings:
Sesame seeds
avocado
cucumber seaweed
spicy mayo
Sriracha
Directions:
Prepare sushi rice.
Cook rice as instructed.
Combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and beet juice into small bowl.
Heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
Transfer cooked rice into large bowl and then add vinegar mixture.
Once sushi rice is prepared and cooled, place into donut mold.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow it to hold together.
Cover with seaweed.
Add toppings as desired and enjoy!
