The Yodeling Boy may perform at Coachella, and this feels right

Stop the presses — your favorite viral sensation really made it big. By now, you’ve probably seen the video of the kid yodeling “Lovesick Blues” by Hank Williams Sr. in a Walmart. And now, that outstanding performance may have landed him a gig at Coachella.
Known as “Yodeling Boy,” Mason Ramsey is an 11-year-old from Illinois, who we’re guessing has never even heard of Coachella. The news is being reported by TMZ, which states there’s a solid chance he’ll be performing with Post Malone during the festivals second weekend (April 20th to 22nd). Neither the family — nor Malone — have confirmed the news themselves, but based on the massive popularity of Ramsey’s video, we wouldn’t be surprised if this were legit.
It’s been a crazy few weeks for Ramsey. He appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday, April 10th, and he also booked a gig at the Grand Ole Opry — which is a dream come true for the young star. The world-famous entertainment venue notes on its website that Ramsey started singing around the time he began talking, with his grandfather noting that the two used to listen to Hank Williams Sr. songs in their basement. The Walmart performance wasn’t just a fluke — the kid’s extremely talented.
In case you missed it, here’s the original video that stunned America.

Ramsey revealed that he always yodels at Walmart since that’s “the only store we’ve got.” LOL. We can tell this kid is going places, and first stop just might be Coachella!
