WTF is cacao?

Our “WTF is” series will focus on one elusive health term that maybe you’ve heard of but never fully understood. So, please, allow us to clear things up and break it all down for you.

Historically referred to as the “food of the gods,” cacao powder (the starting point of processed chocolate) is chock-full of nutrients that will benefit a woman throughout all phases of her life — pregnancy included.
