World leaders with man buns. You can’t unsee it.
When it comes to Donald Trump, if there’s one thing peeps are talking about even more than his bid for presidency, it’s his hair. Right or wrong, as a nation, we’re just a little obsessed with whatever is going on atop the man’s head. So obsessed that last week, someone decided to see what Trump’s do would look like fashioned into a man bun. (Yes, it went there.) After a serious Photoshopping sesh, this happened:
I know. We can’t believe it either. Nor could the folks at the graphic design site DesignCrowd.com. They loved it so much, they took things to a whole new level. The site held an open call for their designers to submit other manipulated images of politicians and world leaders all rocking the man bun trend. (Because we’re guessing there aren’t any world leaders ACTUALLY sporting one. If so, please let us know, because that would be awesome.)
We have to say, some of the results are rather, um, scarring. Like the one below of George W. Bush. (Warning! Look away while you still can.)
You didn’t look away, did you? Yep, didn’t think so. Here’s another one. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
OK, we’re kind of digging that one. I mean, it sort of works, what with the whole bro handshake and all.
But why so grim, Vladimir Putin? (He’s not loving his look, obvs. Don’t you just hate it when you have a bad hair day?)
Kim Jong-un, on the other hand, is stoked about what he sees in the mirror.
Meanwhile, England’s Prime Minister David Cameron has opted for a ballerina bun.
But come on, you have to admit that this one WORKS:
I know we like to think of the man bun as a modern trend, but hey, who says our forefathers couldn’t have totally rocked one?
I cannot tell a lie, George Washington. This image is a bit disturbing.
We can’t unsee them, you guys. Sorry. (Boy, are we sorry.)
