This woman’s poetic letter to her thighs will remind you to love your body

In a world where so many of us are trained to hate our bodies, one woman is sending a message of self-acceptance through social media.

Instagram user @shastavibes, known in real life as Shea, posted a love letter to her thighs on Instagram, captioning a photo of herself in a bodysuit.

“Dear Thighs, I’m in love with you, every inch, every lump all the way up from my knees to my rump, she wrote in the viral post. “You may not be slender, or tanned, or smooth, but you’re up for the challenge when I start to move you power through squats, lunges, and stairs, and you don’t seem to mind when some people glare."
