This 27-year-old woman is visiting every country on the planet in less than three years

A woman will soon make history as the first female to visit every country on earth – and she isn’t even 30 yet.

Cassie DePecol (who also happens to be a badass triathlete) is jetsetting from country to country in an attempt at shattering the Guinness World Record as the Fastest Person to Travel the World.

“This expedition is a matter of maximizing every single moment that I have within a given day, to absorb as much as I can with the little time that I have on this earth,” DePecol wrote on her Facebook page.

DePecol is using the ambitious journey as a way to raise awareness for sustainable travel. She writes about the experience on her website, Expedition 196.

As you might have guessed, her travels aren’t cheap: De Pecol has spent a cool $198,000 so far (thanks to generous sponsor donations) reports the Daily Mail.

DePecol says she's burned through four passports this year, and will probably use up at least one more before she's through. You go girl!
