It’s official! There are going to be more episodes of “Will & Grace” than we originally thought!

Fans of ’00s sitcoms rejoice, as it seems that there are going to be more episodes of the Will & Grace revival than we initially thought, which means it’s time to whip the vodka out the freezer and practice our best “Just Jack” impressions.

In case you missed it, it was revealed at the beginning of this year that Will & Grace would be returning to our screens. Rumors of a revival began to circulate when, last year, the cast — Debra Messing, Sean Hayes, Eric McCormack, and Megan Mullally — reunited for a special one-off skit to get people out to vote (honey).

Following the speculation, it was announced by NBC that the beloved sitcom would returning for 10 new episodes for 2017/2018 TV season, and basically we were pretty darned excited.

Well, it’s since been revealed that there will, in fact, be more episodes of the new season of Will & Grace than we initially thought.

According to a report by Deadline, the 10 episode order of the sitcom has been extended. Rather, there will now be 12(!) episodes of the show.

This can only be a good thing, right? Hopefully it means that NBC are super happy with the results of what’s been shot so far, and it could signal that the show might return for another season!

In fact, NBC recently released a teaser video for their upcoming TV season, and it shows all four characters — Will, Grace, Jack, and Karen — all in character again.

As Deadline note, the new episodes of Will & Grace are expected to pick up 10 years after the show ended back in 2006. It’s unknown yet, however, when in the TV season the new episodes will air.

During it’s first run between 1998 and 2006, Will & Grace picked up a phenomenal 16 Emmys, and is often cited for paving the way for LGBTQ inclusivity on TV (the show was the primetime network show to feature a lead gay character).

We can’t wait for it to return!
