The “wildest” thing Kendall Jenner ever did in high school is pretty adorably tame
Model Kendall Jenner is pretty fabulous! Jenner is a certified it-girl, she stars on a hit TV show, and has an impeccable social media presence! It seriously doesn’t get much more fabulous than that! Everything about the Kardashians/Jenners screams “glamour” and “parties.”
So based on the image you’d think that she got up to some pretty crazy stuff back in the day. However it turns out this is so far from the truth!
In a recent post on her blog, Jenner revealed that she had an actually pretty low-key high school experience. Although that sounds pretty weird given that she’s a young celebrity, it does kind of make sense. After a long day in the spotlight, why would you want to go crazy? More likely you’d just want to chill at home with a book or veg out on the couch!
Apparently Kendall Jenner was never a crazy party girl, and her parents completely trusted her!
"[My parents] were OK with it if we went to parties because they knew we weren't getting into trouble — we never did anything that bad! We could've had parties ourselves if we wanted, but we really just didn't care to. We'd invite a bunch of people over to hang out but it was never a rager."
Kendall goes on to reveal the one “bad” thing she did during high school, and we’ve got to kind of giggle. It really isn’t that bad in terms of stuff teenagers can get up to, but we do appreciate the adorable confession, nonetheless. So what was Kendall’s crazy rule breaking rebellion?
The wildest thing I did during that time was fib to my parents about where I was at night. My dad didn't really know I had a boyfriend! Even though my mom had an idea, I was really weird about telling them because I thought I'd get in trouble."
Talking to parents about dating can feel like the most cringeworthy thing ever, so this isn’t THAT terrible!
We do think it’s adorable that Kendall was so low-key as a teenager that she considered fibbing to her parents to be a big enough transgression to confess it later in life.
We’d never condone it, but when you compare it to all the crazy stereotypes about Hollywood teens, this really does seem very sweetly tame.
