Why everyone is freaking out about the ring on Meghan Markle’s finger
The world is clearly ready for another royal wedding. So ready that the internet just lost its mind over a photo of Meghan Markle wearing a ring with Prince Harry’s initial on it.
It’s no secret that Meghan has been staying with her royal significant other at his home in Kensington Palace. Just last week, the lovebirds were spotted holding hands (and overall looking chic AF) on a London street following a romantic night out at Soho House. Everybody swooned. EVERYBODY.
Including us.
But things went into overdrive on Sunday when Meghan wandered away from the palace to buy some fresh flowers (as one does when sharing a home with a prince).

Paparazzi snapped her photo, and soon Meghan Markle’s picture was all over the place. It didn’t stop there, though. Because of course it didn’t.
Someone noticed that a ring on Meghan’s right hand looked as if it was adorned with Prince Harry’s initial. Engagement rumors started flying. TBH it really did look like a repeating “H” pattern.
But CALM DOWN, GUYS. It’s not.
Those H’s are actually double-tipped arrows.
The piece of jewelry is a stackable ring from Missoma, one of Meghan Markle’s favorite brands. And yes, we can kinda see how everyone jumped to conclusions, especially when we look at it from a distance.
H’s or not, we’re digging that ring.
At just under $75, it’s not too terribly pricey. But we’ve found some more budget-friendly alternatives if you want to channel your inner (almost) princess.
