Whitney Port is selling her actual maternity clothes at online thrift store ThredUp
Whitney Port had a very chic pregnancy. Her maternity style was on point, is what we’re trying to say. She’s now selling a handful of her maternity clothes and some other super cute pre-pregnancy items from her closet on ThredUp. If you didn’t know, ThredUp is like an online thrift store/consignment shop.
“Some people have been asking me what I’m doing to drop the baby weight. And I’m thinking, ‘Lay off people, I just made a human!’ Honestly, I’m feeling more confident than ever, and I’m just rejecting the idea that I have to bounce back to a certain size," the new mom revealed via a press release with ThredUp. "So today I’m selling some of my pre-pregnancy clothes on ThredUp.com to make room in my closet for clothes that fit my changing body and new lifestyle. I’m also selling some super cute clothes I wore throughout my pregnancy."
Here’s a peek at some of the items on sale.
This Madewell dress ($75).
This Elizabeth and James Dress ($280).
This Rodarte skirt.
That’s just a selection of her online shop and to sweeten the deal, 100% of proceeds will go to Every Mother Counts (with ThredUp matching every dollar raised).
While we know that Port has a namesake clothing line, her brand Whitney Eve, there’s something very cool about getting a celebrity’s hand-me-downs. Plus, how often do you stumble upon brands like Elizabeth and James or Rodarte at the thrift store?
We loved Port’s casual LA-cool maternity wear and hope a little of her effortless street style rubs off on anyone shopping her ThredUp finds. You can shop her closet here.
