Wendy’s is crushing more internet trolls, and we can’t stop laughing
Internet trolls need to learn not to come after Wendy’s on social media, because if we’ve learned one thing in life, it’s that Wendy’s WILL troll back. One guy learned that the hard way earlier this week when he accused the chain of lying about their “never frozen beef” motto. And now, the Wendy’s social media team isn’t mincing words. Especially when haters start comparing them to their competitors. If you dare to do so, IT’S ON (and major kudos to Cosmo for bringing this hilariousness into our lives!).
And just to be clear, Wendy’s never strikes the first blow. All of their tweets are in response to mean things others have hurled their way — so we’re not too bothered by the (lighthearted) snark. And most people are targeting Wendy’s for a laugh because their reputation for crafting the perfect snarky reply has gotten around the internet.
If you can’t take the heat, stay out of the Wendy’s kitchen, y’all!
