We put together a mini BFF bucket list to complete this weekend!

Confession: When it’s this hot outside, we’re tempted to spend our Saturdays and Sundays inside with the air conditioning. But before we know it, we’ve spent two days binging reruns of SVU and doing, well, nothing. So this weekend, we’re vowing to do things differently.

We created a mini bucket list of fun summer activities to complete with your bestie. It’ll help you make the most of the season, and help you create lasting memories. Pick one thing, or get ambitious and do ‘em all. However you go about it, we guarantee you’ll have the BEST time completing this mini bucket list with your BFF!

1. Go to the beach.

This classic summer activity never gets old. There’s nothing like relaxing on a blanket in the sand, book in hand. Don’t live near the beach, or even a swimming pool? Don’t let that stop you. Get creative and make your own backyard beach! Let’s be honest: All you really need are bathing suits and SPF.

2. Be a tourist in your own city.

Seeing your city through new eyes gives you a renewed sense of appreciation and pride for where you live. Need some inspiration? Here are 15 reasons why you should do it.

3. Go on a picnic with Wendy’s FruiTea Chillers.

The beauty of the picnic is that you can host it anywhere you want—in a park, on your porch, on a rooftop patio. But no summer spread is complete without Honest Tropical Green Tea and Wendy’s FruiTea Chillers. FruiTea Chillers come in two summery flavors: Blueberry Pineapple if you’re craving something sweet, or Orange Mango if you’re craving something citrusy. So pick some up and get your picnic on.

4. Redecorate your room/apartment.

New season, new vibes. Summer is the perfect time to refresh your routine and switch up your floorplan. Rearrange the furniture, paint an accent wall, or get a ton of plants. Some small feng shui changes will make a big difference in your mood. Once you finish your place, help your BFF do hers!

5. Go camping—even if it’s backyard camping.

Pitch a tent in the woods, or opt for urban camping in your living room. All that matters is that you’re spending quality time with your BFF. Don’t forget to make S’mores, tell ghost stories, and look at the stars.

6. Make an old school photo album.

Thoroughly document your bucket list adventures along the way so that once you’re finished, you can turn them into a photo album. (Remember those?) Bonus points if you use a disposable camera and/or Polaroid film.

We hope you enjoy tackling your bucket list with your BFF! Is it the weekend yet?
