This couple’s first dance at their wedding is crushing the Internet
Oh surprise wedding first dance videos, you are truly something. A simple YouTube search for “surprise wedding first dance” yields impressive routine after impressive routine. They’re sweet, fun and just cheesy enough in the best way possible. But just when you thought you’d seen everything, David and Hollie Smith threw their first dance video into the ring, and it’s so wonderful, we just don’t know what to do with it (besides watch it on repeat).
New bride Hollie choreographed this six-minute (!) all hip-hop (!!) routine with the best man’s fiancée, a dancer. And the entire bridal party gets in on the fun! There are solos. There is lip syncing. There are chairs. Chairs, you guys. If you can believe it, this was the first time everyone performed it all together. Feast your eyes on this perfectly choreographed compilation of our favorite hip-hop songs!
The routine starts out simple enough: Bride and groom are enjoying their first dance together, when suddenly, the record scratches. They look around in confusion just long enough before busting out some sweet dance moves. But then, all bets are off! David, Hollie, and the entire wedding party break it down to everything from Kanye West to Sir Mix-a-Lot to Beyoncé.
