We finally have photos from Emmy Rossum’s wedding
Yesterday we were so happy to report that Shameless actress Emmy Rossum married fiancé Sam Esmail (he’s the mastermind behind Mr. Robot) — and today, we’ve finally got the Rossum-Esmail wedding photos! But in case you were too busy relaxing on Memorial Day and you missed it, the couple said “I do” in an intimate ceremony at Central Synagogue on East 55th Street in New York City on Sunday.
And according to People.com, it was a star-studded event with guests like Hilary Swank, William H. Macy; Mr. Robot stars Rami Malek, Christian Slater, and Charly Chaikin, and Robert Downey Jr.
The couple announced their engagement back in August of 2015 and we already knew Emmy would be wearing a custom Carolina Herrera design for her big day. But we had no idea the wedding dress would be this amazing.
Emmy posted this gorgeous photo to her Instagram account.
The beautiful bride looks absolutely enthralled by whatever her new husband is saying as they stood under a chuppah of assorted white flowers.

In an interview with E!News, Emmy said, “The only thing that’s really important to me is that we get married and there’s some kind of party.” And of course no wedding would be complete without an amazing party.
The bride got silly in the photo booth with her guests and Shameless costars.
TV bestie and real life homegirl, Shanola Hampton, also posted these sweet moments to her IG account.
From the pictures, it seems like Emmy and Sam’s wedding was a pretty magical event. The two had the opportunity to celebrate their love with their family and friends and we couldn’t be happier for them. Congrats, guys.
