We are completely in love with MakeupGeek’s new lipstick collections
If you’re not already obsessed with MakeupGeek, get with the program. Their super pigmented highlighters are a vlogger favorite and their Instagram has a whopping 2 million followers. MakeupGeek is expanding their beauty empire. Yes, you heard us correctly, and it includes two new lipstick launches featuring — Plush and Iconic — the brand’s two new ventures into lip products. Unfortunately, we have yet to learn when MakeupGeek is launching their new lipstick collections. The Plush collection are liquid lipsticks with two dreamy formulas — matte and cremes. The Iconic slim lipstick collection also includes two formulas — a matte and shiny finish.
The Plush line includes mattes and cremes in a variety of shades from “BFF,” an everyday pinkish nude to “Marriage Material,” for a bold vampy lip. If you’ve ever thought liquid lipsticks were just too drying for you (even with a lip balm) these may be worth trying.
Plush Creme singles are $14 each while the mattes are a bit cheaper at $12 a pop. You can buy all nine lip cremes for $95 or all 18 mattes for $160, a 25% markdown in both cases.
MakeupGeek Iconic lipsticks are slim lipsticks that allow for a more precise application. They’re $15 each or you can get all 20 for $230. We’ve got our eyes on “Savvy,” a lavender shade and “Elegant,” a classic red thats oh-so-necessary for the holidays.
