Watch this guy magically transform into every Disney princess, because it is insane

Get ready to have some major Disney princess envy, because no one can pull off a royal Disney vibe quite like 21-year-old Richard Schaefer. According to Cosmopolitan, he’s been dressing up as different Disney princesses for about four years and TBH he’s totally nailing it.

Here’s Richard, before transforming himself into an animated character:

And here’s Richard as Ariel, his favorite Disney princess:

I mean WHOA, right?

He says, “I decided to start cosplaying as princesses because of how androgynous people used to say I was. Curiosity got the best of me, so I decided to transform myself into my favorite princess — Ariel, who I have loved since I was a child. I was pleasantly surprised at how convincing I looked so I decided to stick at it and try different princesses too.”

Of course Richard crushed it as the other princesses, too. Just check out his Belle look.

We’re in awe of Richard as Rapunzel. His facial expression is perfection.

Richard is a fashion design student, which explains why his costumes are so absolutely glorious.

Richard was bullied as a kid and says cosplaying has helped his confidence. “Being a princess definitely helped me to become a more confident person. Not only do I feel beautiful as a person but I feel even more beautiful when I’m just myself, the ball gown is just an added bonus,” he says.

Richard’s also pretty amazing at rocking a villain look. His Maleficent is ON POINT.
