Watch Seth Rogen & “Billy on the Street” hilariously convince people Seth is dead

It’s true that we’ve lost many great talents this year, including David Bowie and Prince, so the concept for comedian Billy Eichner’s latest episode of Billy on the Street, featuring fellow funnyman Seth Rogen actually makes a lot of sense.

In the segment, called “Death Rogen,” Seth and Billy roam the streets of New York with Billy informing pedestrians that Seth Rogen has died — while Seth stands by in plain sight, posing undercover as one of Billy’s cameramen.

As Billy deadpans at the outset of the segment, “We’ve lost so many great artists this year who don’t live long enough to see all the many profound ways that people pay tribute to them after they’re gone,” adding, “Seth can experience what their reaction is while he is still around.”

While this might sound too dark to be funny, believe us when we say it’s hilarious.
