Here’s how to watch the new Lifetime movie about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
Attention, royal family superfans: The next Lifetime movie about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is finally almost here. And the drama is going to be off the charts. Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal promises to go beyond the fairy tale you see in the media and show what really (or at least, probably) goes down when the tabloids aren’t looking. From the looks of the teasers posted on Lifetime’s website, the movie covers a lot of ground, including the royal wedding and Meghan telling Harry that she’s pregnant. The film is a sequel of sorts to 2018’s Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance, which documented their courtship and engagement.
We’ll never really know what happens behind closed doors at Buckingham Palace (and the other royal residences), so dramatic movies like this are the closest thing we can have to watching it all unfold from the royals’ perspectives. Even though a lot of the story and the characters’ mannerisms are highly speculative, we’re still grateful for the chance to see Harry and Meghan go about their daily lives together.
Tiffany Smith, the actress who plays Meghan, looks a LOT like the duchess.

If you want to get a taste of what’s in store, this two-minute sneak peek offers a look at one of the juiciest royal scandals of the last few years: Meghan’s rocky relationship with her father, Thomas Markle. We know it’s fictional, but watching Pretend Harry comfort Pretend Meghan is strangely thrilling. (Just us?)
"This wedding is not about your father, and it's not about the gossip writers. It's just about you and me," Pretend Harry tells Pretend Meghan during a tense moment. "We can get through this, Meghan. I love you, and you love me. And that's all that matters."
Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal premieres Monday, May 27th at 8/7c on Lifetime.
