Ed Sheeran proves he has *MANY* different skills in his Carpool Karaoke

He’s a man of many talents, and Ed Sheeran just proved it with his Carpool Karaoke.

We’ve been patiently waiting for Ed Sheeran’s Carpool Karaoke since January of this year, and after teasing us with a clip that moment is finally here. The segment was a part of The Late Late Show‘s visit to London, which has seen host James Corden return to his hometown with his chat show.

Despite the chat show being filmed in London for the next few days, Sheeran’s Carpool segment was filmed in trusty Los Angeles, and again sees Corden call on the help of a famous singer to help him get to work (seriously, you’d think he’d have figured out that there’s traffic in L.A. by now…).

The clip sees Sheeran and Corden driving around singing some of the British singer’s biggest hits, including “Castle on the Hill” and monster smash “Shape of You.”

In fact, during “Shape of You,” things get kinda sultry, with Sheeran touching Corden’s leg and the latter grinding in his car seat.

The pair also discussed Ed Sheeran’s year off, and the singer said that he no longer has a cell phone anymore.

"I'd wake up every morning and there'd be like 50 messages, and none of them would say 'hey how are you,'" he said. "It'd be like 'can I have this, can you lend me this, can you do this, can I get this', and it was fine at the beginning and it just got really, really draining by the end of it."

The singer said that it took him going travelling, getting rid of his phone, and writing his latest album for him to find happiness and peace again.

The pair also did an EPIC duet of Sheeran’s song “Sing,” and then challenged each other by putting candies in their mouths.

Corden had brought a tub of British chocolates Maltesers with him, and he dared Sheeran to a challenge to see how many they could each fit in their mouths. While the chat show host struggled, the singer was pretty incredible at it, proving that singing and perforing aren’t his only talents.
