Warner Bros. just gave the world not one but two new “Batman v Superman” trailers
The two main characters in the upcoming Batman v Superman film are so intense, they needed their own trailers. Warner Bros. released two new TV spots promoting the film’s March 25 release, and rather than tease the movie as a whole, the trailers zeroed-in on the two protagonists, and what, specifically, they’re fighting for.
This isn’t the first glimpse we’ve gotten of the highly-anticipated movie, directed by Zack Snyder, but it is one of the first times we’ve gotten individual looks at the superheroes’ motivations. The first TV spot follows Clark Kent, or Superman, who refers to “this bat vigilante” as a “one-man reign of terror.” The feeling is mutual for Batman, whose own 30-second spot warns that Superman, “Has the power to wipe out the entire human race and if we believe that there’s even a one percent chance that he is our enemy we have to take it as absolute certainty.”
Something tells me these two heroes aren’t going to be able to talk this one out, but for the sake of our March 25 plans, that might be a good thing. Watch the two trailers below!
