Sun Basket One-Pan Meal

Y’all, I am obsessed with Sun Basket. I have never tried a meal kit delivery service before. I was always interested in the idea, but somehow never got around to it. I have no idea what took me so long, because now I’m ALL ABOUT IT. It literally took all of the headache out of shopping for healthy meals and then wasting food because I bought too much, etc, etc, etc. It took me 30 minutes to make a gorgeous herbed chicken breast with asparagus, mustard vinaigrette and almonds the other night. I felt like I was a contestant on the Food Network or something. I actually made a beautiful-looking meal that was healthy and scrumptious without having to shlep through the grocery store. So glamorous.
