We know who gets killed at the end of the Season 6 “Walking Dead” finale *gulp*

Technically, everyone does. But hear us out for the full explanation.

So, it’s never too early to start freaking out about the next season of The Walking Dead, and for Season 7, we’ve got a lot to freak out about: Someone is going to meet the end of Negan’s bat within the first few seconds of the season premiere.

Also, FYI, there are going to be some spoilers.

In the comics, Negan’s first victim is Glenn and it’s absolutely, ridiculously, heartbreaking. The TV show won’t necessarily go this same way, leaving us wondering just WHO it’s going to be. Obviously, this is something we need to know ASAP so we can start emotionally preparing ourselves for it, and obviously this is something AMC does not want us to know right now, because they want to keep us hooked on The Walking Dead forever.

So what’s a show to do? Why, film 11 different death scenes with all the major characters, leaving absolutely everyone guessing just WHO is killed in the season premiere!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, “11 cast members involved in the scene have already filmed a death scene. The Walking Dead producers and the episode director will then work with the show’s editors and pick the character who does indeed die.”

Those 11 cast members are, in case you’ve forgotten: Rick, Daryl, Carl, Michonne, Glenn, Maggie, Abraham, Sasha, Eugene, Aaron, and Rosita. One of them dies. Series creator and the show’s executive producer, Robert Kirkman, has said that the victim is “beloved to everyone.”

It also means that every single one of the above characters has a death scene, just in case, which is a weird thing to think about.

There’s no telling who it’s actually going to be, and Walking Dead is trying as hard as it can to keep spoilers from leaking. A few have already managed to sneak out — like an audio file from the set, but it’s hard to tell exactly who is screaming what — and the production has also had to deal with drones flying above their Atlanta shooting locations.

Drones? For Walking Dead spoilers? Hey, there’s no stopping what lengths we’ll go to make sure that Rick, Daryl, Carl, Michonne, Glenn, Maggie, Abraham, Sasha, Eugene, Aaron, and Rosita are safe. Even though one of them isn’t! We’ll find out which one this fall. Eeeeeek.
