These side by side pics remind us bloating happens to everyone

Throughout the day, our stomachs expand depending on how much we eat, drink, and move. However, some people believe bloating happens because of negative eating habits. Blogger and Insta-famous fitness coach Celena Kinsey’s viral bloating photos are proving them wrong.

Celena published two photographs of herself on Instagram. The two images show her body when it’s bloated and when it’s not.

Now, let’s keep in mind that Celena is a wellness guru. Her account is flooded with images of herself in workout gear. Along with meal prep ideas and inspiring phrases. As someone with a large following, her words are important.

She writes, "I’m sharing this to show that you’re not alone, and that we all have things that we’re battling and that’s normal."

Celena’s post reiterates that bloating is totally normal. Moreover, the response to the post is overwhelming. Supportive and encouraging words fill the comment section.

The viral image has over 6,000 likes. After receiving too many messages about how to get a “toned tummy,” Celena took the photos.

"I wanted to show that even as a fitness blogger, I suffered from bloating and that I don't always have abs," she writes. "But what matters most is how you treat your body when it's not always looking the way you want it to!"

Furthermore, she added that the best approach to your health is body positivity.

Celena writes, "So nope, I don’t walk around with abs 24/7, and I’m totally OK with that!" She continues, "Always remember your body responds best to positivity and love."

What causes bloating?

Beans, broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage are some of the healthiest foods to eat. However, they also cause bloating. Additionally, eating a large meal, skipping meals, chewing gum, eating too fast, smoking, and PMS can all cause bloating.

The expansion of your belly throughout the day doesn’t mean that you’re unhealthy. It’s totally normal! If you have any pain associated with bloating, or if the bloating never decreases, check with a medical professional.

Bloggers like Celena have been posting encouraging content at a rapid pace. Health, positivity, and love are at the core of their campaigns. More of this, please!
