The “Rogue One” cast addresses the most Googled phrases about them and things get weird
If you haven’t seen Rogue One: A Star Wars story yet, go. Go now. But if you can’t, and you need a spoiler-free Star Wars fix, you’re in luck. You can watch the Rogue One cast answer the most Googled questions about themselves, and it’s pure joy. While we know some of the answers from the video already (for example, Rogue One isn’t getting a sequel, so it can’t be a trilogy), the video is still delightful.
In the “auto-complete” interview by Wired, cast members revealed phrases commonly Googled about themselves, and the film. Some were funny, while others were odd, or intriguing.
Apparently, many people want to know whether Diego Luna sings (he does). They also wonder whether there are Jedis in Rogue One (depends who you consider a Jedi). Also, many have also asked whether Felicity Jones and Zooey Deschanel are the same person (Because women with brown hair and bangs all look the same???).

The groups were Donnie Yen, Felicity Jones, and Deigo Luna; and Riz Ahmed, Ben Mendelsohn, and Alan Tudyk. Riz Ahmed, performer the best Star Wars rap ever, had some of the most hilarious questions.
There are also *some* moments when the questions get into spoiler territory. So, the cast doesn’t totally answer those. While the film is clearly a standalone story, it’s deeply tied to the preexisting episodes – particularly A New Hope. Meaning, sometimes the answer is in the realm of, “yes and no.”
The cast is so charming and fun – and have such great chemistry – that we are pretty sad we’re not getting another one Rogue One film. At least we finally see the story of the rebels who steal the Death Star plans. For that, our nerdy hearts are eternally grateful.
