Victoria Beckham posted a video of her 6-year-old daughter singing, and she’s a mini Posh Spice
We know the Spice Girls’ reign was nearly twenty years ago, but not a day goes by when we’re not thankful that the girl power pop group made their way into our hearts. The ’90s may be long gone, but our love of everything spice is not. We’re always looking for new ways to honor one of our favorite girl groups of all time, and our most recent obsession comes from none other than Posh Spice herself. Because Victoria Beckham posted a video of her 6-year-old daughter, Harper, coloring and singing “All I Want For Christmas Is You” — and it turns out that Harper may have gotten Victoria’s knack for belting a tune or two.
Victoria posted the video of Harper coloring a gingerbread man with the caption:
"4th November and Harper is getting into the Christmas spirit!!"
It turns out we’re not the only ones who get into the holiday mood extremely early. But unlike Harper, we don’t have a Spice Girl for a mom, and we most certainly didn’t inherit Posh Spice’s genes. We’re not saying Harper should follow in her mom’s footsteps, but if there’s anyone who can reimagine the Spice Girls for the new millennium, it’s a child of the OG group, right?
In fact, why don’t all the Spice Girls’ children form a group of their own? It could be called the “Spice Girls’ Girls.” We’re pretty sure they’d wear stellar outfits and still make some bops.
Of course, we may have to wait until Harper’s a little bit older, but we don’t mind. We’ll be dreaming up possible song titles until then.
