There is unicorn ice cream and we require it RIGHT NOW
The Ice Cream Gods have been listening to your prayers and they have bestowed upon the world the magic and the wonder that is UNICORN ICE CREAM.
So many sprinkles. So many colors. What is this wonderland of sugar?
It is a no-churn ice cream, which means you can make it even if you don’t have an ice cream maker at home. Yay! Just be ready because this sucker requires a lot of bowls and a fair amount of food coloring, so definitely get your supplies straight before getting started. There’s nothing more annoying than being halfway through a food experiment and realizing you have to drop everything and put your unicorn creation on pause to pick up something you forgot you needed at the grocery store.
So you take some heavy cream and whip it, well, you know…
Then add some sweet condensed milk.
Plus some vanilla, of course.
Then it’s time for those extra bowls and food coloring.
Get your rainbow all close and snuggly in a dish together.
Swirl with a knife (but not too much or you’ll muddy the colors and no one wants that).
SPRINKLES, OBVIOUSLY.
Then you freeze for five hours (We know, waiting is hard).
But look, your patience is rewarded!
Unicorn Ice Cream foreverrrrrrr!
