Watch a “unicorn horn” cyst get popped without screaming, we dare you

There are two types of people in the world: people who get squeamish watching a pimple being popped and people who freaking love it. And there are two types of horses in the world: unicorns and other horses. Combine the two, and you’re left with a pimple-popping unicorn video that may make you hate both pimples and unicorns.

Everyone’s favorite pimple popper doctor, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, aka Dr. Sandra Lee, has released a new video of a patient who had a pimple on his forehead. It had been growing for six years, so as you can imagine, it was massive.

The placement and size of the pimple made it look sort of like a unicorn horn, but it most definitely was not a unicorn horn.

As Dr. Lee discovered once she cut into the pimple, it was actually not a pimple at all, but a cyst. And it wasn’t one she could just pop — she had to perform surgery on it.

The footage you’re about to watch is straight up gross, but also the best thing ever. It’s 22 minutes of puss, blood, and tissue — so only watch if you can handle it without passing out.

Dr. Lee did the best she could at minimizing the inevitable scar that would appear once the incision has healed. She had to remove the excess skin and then stitch up the incision, and it’s all terrible and incredible to watch. So just watch:

We can only imagine the relief the patient feels now that his cyst is gone. But maybe next time don’t let a cyst grow for six years.
