There will be five top coats to choose from in this beautiful new collection, and they’re all positively divine. They look like they’re straight out of an ’80s synth movie, don’t you think?

You’ll be able to swipe these beauties over your lipstick and create unique, custom lips that are sure to wow anyone who happens to cross your path. Fingers crossed that like Urban Decay’s Vice liquid lipstick line, that these are under $20 as well.

We don’t have too many details on the Vice Special Effects top coat yet, but as soon as we know when it’ll be released and how we can get our hands on it, you’ll be the first to know! In the meantime, we’ll just have to keep ourselves busy with some of their other products!
