This “Twilight” star could be in your college class this semester
When we think about celebrities, we imagine the charmed life they probably lead and the things they get to experience that we can only dream of. The more we love the actor behind the character we fell in love with, the more we assume they’re not like us, but one Twilight star is proving that thinking is not always reality.
Nikki Reed, probably most known for her role as Rosalie Hale in the Twilight series, is actually pretty down to earth by all reports. So real, in fact, you may just run into her at college this semester.
Because apparently a pastime of her’s is enrolling in college courses wherever she goes.
According to E! News, the 28-year-old actress was attending an event for Create & Cultivate this past weekend and revealed that she’s constantly enrolled in school — and she probably always will be.
“In the next five years, I’d like to be able to look at all of you and say I’ve gone back to school and I have something to show for it, she said.
“I’m a lifelong student, she added. “I’m always enrolling in classes wherever I am. When I was shooting in Baton Rouge for a long time, months and months, I enrolled at LSU [Louisiana State University] and I took psychology and I’ve taken classes at SMC [Santa Monica College], UCLA Extension.
Married to one of the hottest hotties around, Ian Somerhalder, she also discussed the importance of following her dreams for the right reasons.
“If you’re chasing it the other way around, it will never work and that’s why so many people in my business come out so f—ed up, she said. “They are chasing some sort of validation.
We love that advice, because it’s been proven true in so many lives. But also we love the idea there’s even the slightest possibility one of our readers will turn around in class this semester and find Nikki Reed sitting right behind them!
