These are the Netflix TV shows you need to binge to get through this month

February might be the shortest month of the year, but since it’s smack dab in the middle of winter, it usually feels like the longest. Thankfully, Netflix is saving us all from a month of bitter cold misery, terrifying politics and Valentine’s Day blues. If you’re like so many other likeminded people and hate Valentine’s Day, your Netflix queue is probably already loaded and ready to go.

But in case you’re looking for a few more solid TV shows to binge this month to help take your mind off of all things winter, bummer news and love, we’ve got you.

So get your popcorn, your blankets and your sheer will power ready, because February is going to be a busy month of sitting on your couch watching endless TV.

1Santa Clarita Diet

Netflix is on a serious roll with all of its new original programming, and this suburban housewife/zombie series is no exception. Drew Barrymore develops a mysterious illness that kills her/turns her into a zombie cannibal lady, and her husband Timothy Olyphant kills people so she can eat them.

2American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson

If you missed this one when it first aired last February on FX, now is your chance to see what all the hype is about. It’s not just hype, by the way. This 10-episode series takes a fascinating look at what went on behind the trial. If anyone can take your mind off of love, it’s O.J. Simpson.

3Shameless

All six seasons of Shameless will make you feel like you really have your life together — even if you definitely don’t.

4Grace and Frankie

Because is there anything better than a TV friendship between Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin after their husbands decide to leave them and run off with each other? Probably not.

5Chasing Cameron

Social media star Cameron Dallas gives his billions, maybe trillions, of adoring fans a look inside the insane world of social media stardom. Seriously, it’s cray — but you’ll have a hard time looking away.

6Bloodline

There’s nothing romantic about Bloodline, but it WILL make you want to pack your things and head south for the winter. Probably not the Keys though, just to avoid any potential murder situation.

7The Killing

Detectives Linden and Holder are complete hot messes, which makes the show that much better. Once you start, you won’t be able to stop. We’ve warned you.

8Crazy Ex Girlfriend

Because Valentine’s Day is all about feeling good about your own romantic life, even if it’s non existent. Rebecca Bunch will certainly help with that.

9It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia

Oh, you need something to do to pass the time in February? How about 11 seasons of the hilarious It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia?

10Wentworth

Wentworth is the Australian version of Orange is the New Black. Except it’s a much more brutally honest and realistic portrayal of the prison system. Plus, Australian accents, soooo.

11Chill with Bob Ross

Literally the most relaxing TV show you’ll ever encounter. Bob Ross and his paintings make everything better.
