No serving plate needed, which means these kabobs are perfect for on the go!

And don’t worry — we’ve got the vegan and vegetarian lovers covered. Simply just substitute out some ingredients with your preferences, like tofu bacon, tomatoes, or vegan pancake mix.  There’s a brunch kabob for everyone.

Brunch Kabobs

Ingredients:

Pancakes package mix

1 egg
1 1/4 cup milk

Scrambled eggs
2 eggs

Tater Tots

Bacon

Directions:

Pancakes
Mix together until smooth. Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter. Pour 2 tbsp of mixture at a time and cook until browned (about 2 – 4 minutes) and then flip and cook until browned on the other side. **To achieve perfect circles pour mixture into cookie cutter molds or cut circles out of larger pancakes once cooked.

Eggs
Beat two eggs in a bowl and then pour about 1 tbsp onto prepared skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 1-2 minutes each side. **To achieve perfect circles pour egg into cookie cutter molds or cut circles out of larger omelettes once cooked.

Tater Tots
Prepackaged, follow instructions on bag.

Bacon
Follow instructions on packaging.

Sausage
Follow instructions on packaging.

Skewer on sticks.

Serve immediately.
