There’s a trailer out for Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal’s new movie “Life,” and we can’t look away
Need a way to brighten up your Monday morning? How about a trailer featuring two of your favorite actors? The trailer for Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal’s new movie Life just came out, and by golly, it looks pretty darn wonderful.
The movie is a sci-fi thriller. Reynolds and Gyllenhaal star as two international space crew members who realize that, yes, there is alien life out there. But, the aliens in question might not think too kindly of humans.
The movie is being released by Columbia Pictures and Skydance, and fans of the supernatural (and, ahem — Reynolds and Gyllenhaal) were looking forward to this trailer for quite some time.

The movie was written by Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, both who actually worked with Reynolds before on Deadpool. Pretty interesting, especially since this film looks completely different, in every single way, from Deadpool. But, at least we know that Wernick and Reese definitely know how to make a solid film.
Life is set to hit theaters around Memorial Day weekend, next year. We totally can’t wait for it!
