These are the top 10 most popular tourist attractions in the country, and some are pretty unusual

If you’re hanging stateside this summer, that doesn’t mean you have to be bored and hot all season long. The brains over at Google analyzed historical Google Maps data to uncover the most popular tourist attractions in the U.S., based on search trends, and we think you’ll want to save this list.

Some spots on this top 10 list will be obvious — hi, Disneyland — while others may be a bit more surprising. And thanks to Google’s handy new Lists feature, which allows you to save and share lists of destinations, you can plot out your road trip and share it with your besties in a snap.

Regardless of where your summer takes you, we hope you have a blast.
