Too Faced’s Jerrod shared a #TBT of their original lipsticks, and we’re crossing our fingers for a reboot

We didn’t think Jerrod Blandino could top his glitter shadow #TBT, but we were wrong. The Too Faced co-founder just threw it all the way back with a video of the brand’s original lipstick lineup from 1998.

Call us a bunch of nostalgic Millennials, but ummm, we want these colors. We need these colors. We want that old thing back. In the video, Jerrod shows us seven vintage TF shades that we could totally be wearing right now. A frosted pink, golden brown, champagne, midnight blue, shimmery lavender, golden amber, and fuchsia, yes please! Why would he toy with us like this? Why would he be such a tease?

The OG lineup also included “Bionic,” a metallic silver that sounds very, very Zenon in the absolute best way possible.

We wouldn’t be surprised if the original eight shades were to get a re-release next year to celebrate Too Faced’s 20th anniversary. We would also like to formally request that the 20th anniversary collection come with an epic 1998 mixtape. We’re thinking “Hard Knock Life” by Jay Z, “The Boy is Mine” by Brandy and Monica, and Lauryn Hill’s “Doo Wop.”

While we wait for more hints of a possible re-release, we’ll happily shop Too Faced’s La Creme and La Matte lipsticks.

We’ll be patient for now but Jerrod, if you’re reading this…
