Tommen has a pretty dark wish for Cersei during “Game of Thrones” Season 7

When Game of Thrones Season 7 picks up ~sometime~ Summer 2017, we’ll be down one more Lannister…er, rather down one more Baratheon. At the end of Season 6, after watching the destruction of King’s Landing around him, Tommen decides he is d-o-n-e, and throws himself out the window of the Red Keep. It’s a shocking moment, and one that will continue to send ripples through Westeros for seasons to come — especially for Cersei.

“I think she’s going to be a nervous wreck this season,” the former king, Dean-Charles Chapman, explains to HelloGiggles. “You know, all her kids are dead.”

Yes, that is true, and something that we knew was coming all along. The Queen Mother was given a grave warning from Maggy the Frog: Gold shall be their crowns and gold their shrouds.

Rough translation: Cersei’s children will in fact rise to the Iron Throne, but they will not outlive her. After the events of the season finale, “The Winds of Winter,” this prophecy has come true. So what does Dean hope befalls Cersei next?

“I hope she dies,” He says, and WHOA SHOTS FIRED (wildfire fired…?).

But listen, Dean has his reasons for rooting for his mother’s demise:

"She killed Tommen. She could have stopped him. She could have like, been with Tommen at that time [of the wildfire]. But she chose to look over her balcony and drink wine isntead."

He has a point. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of sympathy for his son (and the fact that he’d just lost his wife), Cersei instead takes a big swig o’ wine, and then heads off to torture Septa Unella. Because that’s that Cersei does best. Dean also blames the Mountain for Tommen’s death, because he, too, “should have been there, but he left [Tommen].”

Now knowing where Dean stands – and how he obviously does NOT want Cersei on the Iron Throne for long — who does he want to see win the game of thrones?

"I'd like to see Bran!" Dean explains. "He can see the future. He'd be the best king like, ever. But, I don't think he will be king. I reckon it will be someone like Jon Snow. But I would prefer Bran."

We’ll just have to wait and see, Dean included, who ends up there in the end.
