“The Rock” is not impressed with Tom Brady’s impression of him, and we can’t stop lol’ing
Today in funny news: Tom Brady does an impression of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and The Rock isn’t having it.
Some things should be left to the professionals, like doing impressions of celebrities. Well, at least in Brady’s case after he hilariously failed to recreate Johnson’s iconic voice.
Recently, the New England Patriots quarterback teamed up with Under Armour to sell performance-enhancing sleepwear (aka PJs that help you to recover after a workout) and asked Johnson for a little help.
In order to enlist his friend’s help, Brady chose to channel his inner Rock and impersonate the actor and it was a total fail.
"Hey, Rock, what kind of sleepwear are you sleeping in?" Brady asks before launching into what he considers a good impression. "It doesn't matter what kind of sleepwear you're sleeping in! Because I wanted to give you a heads up that Under Armour and I are going to send you some of my new TB12 sleepwear."

After watching the train wreck — which will make you laugh — Johnson says exactly what we were all thinking.”Sweet tap dancing baby Jesus. What in the f**k did we just watch?” The Rock says.
"Thomas, what was that?" he asks again. "You're sitting there on some rocks, which I guess that's supposed to be profound because my name is The Rock, and your legs are open like Kermit the Frog like you're getting ready to sing 'Rainbow Connection' for Christ's sake."
The 44-year-old actor then got even more fired up about the impression and Brady’s plea for him to try the gear by teasing that a Jets fan must’ve written the script.
“What are you doing? It’s OK. I’m not judging. Who the f**k directed that? A Jets fan?” he asks. “Had to have been a Jets fan. Thomas, did you really think that was a good idea?”
Even with Brady’s failed attempt to be as cool as The Rock, Johnson agreed to try the new sleep gear in the video. He even revealed that he typically sleeps in “the buff” so trying this sleepwear would be a big change for him.
Wow, we just love everything about this video. Brady being handsome, while trying to be The Rock, what could be better than that? Oh, The Rock calling him out on a terrible impression…that is better!
