Tim McGraw brought his daughter as his date to the CMT Awards. And it was adorable.

ICYMI, last night were the CMT Music Awards in Nashville. A ton of country music’s biggest stars were there, and one in particular really caught our attention: Tim McGraw. Though we always love Tim McGraw, we loved him even more last night because he brought his daughter as his date. Major cool dad points!

McGraw and Faith Hill have three daughters together, and it was their lucky daughter Maggie (who also happens to be the middle daughter) who got the nod to join her dad. Maggie is 17, and her two sisters (Gracie and Audrey) are 19 and 14. The fam appears to be very close and are often seen at events together — and Gracie even sings on her dad’s new album. Cue the heart swells.

Maggie also seemed cool as a cucumber chatting with huge stars like, oh, Luke Bryan.

Bottom line, Maggie and her dad looked pretty adorable together, and she also proved to be a serious good luck charm. McGraw took home the top award of the night for his “Humble and Kind” video.

Maybe this will be a new Tim McGraw awards show tradition? We’d be all about it, and we bet his daughters would be too.
