This love interest from “Holiday in the Sun” is still gorgeous and a total family man now
It’s time to talk about a fierce debate as old as time itself for teens and tweens growing up in the golden era of Mary-Kate and Ashley movies, with many valid arguments on all ends of the spectrum. We all have our opinions, but I’m just going to say it: Holiday in the Sun is the best Olsen twins movie of all time.
For starters — it took place in the Bahamas on the family vacation of our ~wildest dreams~ and had the most nonsensical plot ever (private jets! smuggling antiques! stolen yachts! Megan Fox the mean girl!) but let’s just keep it real — this movie featured the *hottest* love interests of all the MKA movies… even poor Scott, who was an undeniably dim bulb of a human. Bless him.
Yep, Mary-Kate and Ashley always found romance with the hottest boys in their movies, but the guys in this one were particularly gorgeous. The sisters ended up with Griffen Graysun and Jordan Landers, unfortunately leaving poor Scott in the dust. (Sorry, Scott!)
Ladies of the 2000s will be thrilled to know that Jordan Landers (you know, “as in the Landers Hardware Store Landers”), played by Ben Easter, is still totally hot… like, Bahamas on a summer day hot. Remember this cutie?
Not only was he a major babe, he was also so sweet to Alex — Jordan was such a catch, he caused Brianna Wallace to totally lose her marbles trying to snag him all to herself (her infamous line? “I get what I want, and this winter break, I want Jordan.”) but our girl prevailed, and we cheered. We weren’t even that jealous… OK, maybe we were.
So what happened to Bahamas native Jordan after the girls left their fabulous winter vacay and went back to school? He no longer rocks his uber-stylish choker and white tank top, but he’s only gotten way more good looking — we didn’t even know that was possible, but it is.

Mary-Kate and Ashley loved Ben so much, they used him as a love interest twice — he also appeared in their short-lived sitcom, So Little Time, in 2002. After romancing our favorite twins, he has steadily acted in smaller movies and TV shows, including a role in the oft-forgotten direct-to-video I’ll Always Know What You Did Last Summer.
Though he still acts from time to time, Ben has made a career as a professional photographer — and his work is absolutely stunning. He is frequently featured in exhibitions where he resides near Des Moines, Iowa, and was even one of the photographers for the 2012 Obama presidential campaign.
Ben is also part of literally the cutest family ever — look at how adorbs he and his partner, Mitch, are together.
The couple love spending time with Mitch’s two children and their three dogs, Ozzie, Harriet & Ricky.
