“This Is Us” star Chrissy Metz says she’ll watch the “Gilmore Girls” premiere with Milo Ventimiglia, and our two favorite worlds just collided
We, like most of America, fell completely and totally in love with This Is Us from the first episode. And Chrissy Metz, who plays Kate, recently revealed some information that has us fangirling pretty hard.
Chrissy’s co-star Milo Ventimiglia is a Gilmore Girls alum. Before his This Is Us role as Jack (Kate’s dad), he played Rory Gilmore’s love interest for a few seasons. And with the Gilmore Girls revival just a few weeks away, we all need to know if the This Is Us cast plans to get together for a viewing party.
A recent interview with Chrissy gives us hope.
"Oh, I'm sure we will," Chrissy said when asked if she'd watch with Milo. "I mean...[it's] Gilmore Girls. And that's my dad."
We’re already jealous. All we ask is that someone posts a shot on Instagram during the viewing party so we know it actually happened.
Unfortunately, Chrissy said Milo hasn’t revealed any details about the Gilmore Girls revival. But that’s okay because we’re totally against spoilers anyway, TBH.
