There are two kinds of people in the world: Those with great eyesight and those who struggle when it comes to seeing all the things. The latter category of people can be broken down further into two additional groups: Those who wear glasses and those who wear contacts. If you’re like me and prefer contact lenses, then you’ll most likely be able to relate to the following situations…
1. When your contact lens falls on the floor, but you can’t see where it went because you aren’t wearing contact lenses.
2. You rub your eye and your contact lens casually ends up underneath your eyelid.
3. Realizing you ran out of contact lens solution and asking yourself, “Can’t I just use water? Just this once?”
4. When you wear glasses one day and everyone’s all, “I like you better in glasses,” and you’re all:
5. Realizing you ran out of contact lenses when it’s too late.
6. Sleeping in your contacts and whispering, “I’m so sorry” to your eyeballs.
7. When your contact lens becomes so dry that you literally have to peel it off like a barnacle.
8. You’re going about your business and your contact lens decides to hold an eyelash or piece of dust captive:
9. Every time you put in a fresh pair of lenses, you feel like you were just reborn:
10. Having a pile of contact lens cases in a drawer somewhere, but never knowing exactly where that drawer is:
11. A friend says, “I don’t know how you touch your eye like that,” and you’re like, “Yeah. I’m a badass.”
12. When you take out your contact lenses at the end of the day and it somehow feels even better than taking off your bra.
13. Suddenly realizing that YOU ARE PUTTING SOMETHING ON YOUR EYEBALL AND THAT IS CRAZY.
