The newest frappuccino from Starbucks has some surprising (and delicious) ingredients
Another season, another Starbucks drink, and this time the frappuccino’s ingredients might surprise you. Starbucks Philippines just announced the Pop’zel coffee frappuccino, featuring popcorn and pretzel syrup, and then topped with whipped cream, salted pretzels, and caramel popcorn.
Basically, if you find yourself regularly craving crunchy snacks, this is the Starbucks drink of your dreams.
Starbucks Philippines will also be re-introducing a more familiar summer frap, the S’mores frappuccino, for anyone not feeling quite so adventurous but still needing a summer fix. The drink is layered with marshmallow cream and chocolate sauce, then topped with graham crackers. As the days get hotter and hotter, it is sure to bring back some summer camp memories.
But first, let’s talk more about this Pop’zel frappuccino.

The coffee chain plans to introduce to the drinks to locations in the Philippines on April 18th, leaving us U.S. customers hanging.
But, hey: Customer demand has brought drinks to U.S. menus before, so here’s hoping we’ll have some sweet and salty goodness of our own soon!
