‘The Kissing Booth 3’ Already Has a Release Date—Here’s Everything We Know

It's not over for Noah and Elle.

If you watched The Kissing Booth 2 this weekend, you know that the unlikely love story between Elle (Joey King) and Noah (Jacob Elordi) is far from over. And the good news is you won’t have to wait too much longer to find out how it all ends. Netflix announced Sunday that The Kissing Booth 3 will premiere sometime in 2021.

According to Deadline, the second and third installment of the teen romance drama were filmed at the same time, so the third movie is already in post-production. This came after the 2018 premiere of the first film garnered major popularity, with Netflix reporting that it was one of its most-rewatched original films that year.

The Kissing Booth centers on the headstrong and spirited high school student, Elle (King), who falls in love with her best friend’s older brother (Elordi), and the subsequent chaos that ensues. The second installment of the series continues to explore the challenges of their unlikely relationship as Elle navigates her senior year and Noah heads to college but leaves off with a cliffhanger—where the third movie looks like it will pick up.

Now, King’s character has to put her killer dance moves aside to make an important choice: where she wants to go to college. Caught between whether she’ll follow her boyfriend or her best friend (Joel Courtney), fans are anxiously waiting to see where Elle ends up.

The good news is that the entire cast—including King, Courtney, Elordi, Taylor Zakhar Perez, and Molly Ringwald are set to return for the follow-up so there will likely be plenty more epic dancing, BFF moments, and sweet romance to go around.
