The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” crew knew about Khloé Kardashian’s pregnancy before her family did
Even though the Kardashian family seems pretty close, they can still keep secrets from each other. Khloé Kardashian kept her pregnancy hidden from her family for a few weeks, but the cast and crew of Keeping Up with the Kardashians were well-aware (even though they’re probably considered family at this point, considering that the show’s been on the air for a decade).
Khloé Kardashian made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, partially to promote the latest season of her reality show Revenge Body, and partially to talk a about her pregnancy — which is wonderful, since now that it’s out in the open, we want to hear everything. This will be her first child and the second for her boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson.
Thompson was the first to hear the news. According to Kardashian, Thompson had an idea that she was pregnant before she took a test. Since it would have raised suspicion if someone saw her buy the test herself, she left that task up to her assistant. (Funny how people ended up speculating regardless!)
Kardashian went on to mention that based on the timing of the pregnancy and her filming schedule, the crew knew that she was expecting before anyone else did, since she and Thompson wanted to wait until they were in the same place at the same time to tell the family together.

That means that there will be scenes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that sisters, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian and mother, Kris Jenner, were completely unaware of at the time.
"It’s actually all caught on Keeping Up, which I’m excited about," Kardashian said. "They get to see what I was going through without them knowing."
The good news is that Kardashian knew she could trust the crew with news of her pregnancy.
"They’ve been involved in so much of the best and the worst of our lives," she said. "And they keep quiet."
We can’t wait to watch the show and learn even more about what went down.
