Just in time for summer, The Balm Cosmetics is blessing us with a new waterproof mascara
It can be difficult to navigate summer beach and pool time when mascara is a staple in your daily routine. Should you go through all the trouble of washing off your makeup beforehand, only to put it back on later?! Luckily for us, The Balm Cosmetics is releasing waterproof mascara just in time for all our summer pool parties.
The new mascara The Balm Cosmetics is launching is appropriately named Scuba and it’s a waterproof black mascara meant to be worn even in the deepest of waters. Naturally, you don’t have to be a deep-sea swimmer for Scuba to prove useful, it can also keep your eye makeup intact during a rainstorm, a cry session (No The Hills moment here), or anything involving water.
We’re 100% feeling the blissed-out woman on the packaging who is coyly laughing to herself.
We can only hope we’ll feel as one with the sun as this illustrated woman does. We’re still unsure of the release date and price details on the Scuba mascara, but we do know it’ll be released sometime this month! So we don’t have too wait long.
But wait, that’s not all!
The Balm Cosmetics is also releasing a Nude Beach eyeshadow palette, which features 12 new shades perfect for summertime.
The palette is also slated for release later this month, and we have a feeling this is going to be our new favorite palette.
