The #BaldandBadChallenge is the kind of empowering hair movement we need right now
No shade to long locks, but short hair is having a well-deserved, long-overdue moment in the sun. First, Victoria’s Secret took a stance on embracing hair diversity and natural textures, then model Winnie Harlow showed off her short curly ‘fro on Instagram, and now short-haired women are taking Twitter by storm with the #BaldandBadChallenge.
***Warning, if you’ve ever considered going short, you may end up with a pair of clippers in your hand by the end of this post.
Women are posting their fav selfies showing off buzz cuts, tapers, finger waves, pixies, and other super short styles. Some are using the #BaldandBadChallenge to show off scars or to use it as a perfect excuse to share a throwback pic from a Big Chop.
We can’t help but obsess over these edgy babes and their ‘dos. They just look so confident and COOL! false false
